Licence Types

A licence is permission for a named legal entity to offer stated categories of remote gaming on stated domains.

The categories are casino, sports betting, poker, lottery, bingo, and gaming platform. Offering a category that is not on the record is operating outside the licence.

Business-to-consumer permission covers taking a stake from the public. Business-to-business permission covers supplying the platform on which that stake is taken. A trading name is not the holder.

The licence does not authorise land-based premises.
