Some facts are reported when they happen: a change in the persons who control the entity, a new or retired domain, a new address, an inability to meet a withdrawal from identifiable funds, or a security incident that exposes player account data.
A change of domain or address is an amendment. It is not effective on the register until the Authority accepts it. Operating on an undeclared domain is outside the licence.
