Permission is specific

If you take a stake from the public on a remote game offered under an Anjouan permission, or you supply the platform on which that stake is taken, you need a licence that names your legal entity and your domains.

Who files

The applicant is the legal entity that will hold the permission. A trading name, a payment agent, or a marketing site is not the holder. The filing names the entity, its country of incorporation, a Legal Entity Identifier where one has been issued, the categories of gaming, every public domain, and every address from which the business is directed.

Categories

A licence states the categories it covers: casino, sports betting, poker, lottery, bingo, and gaming platform. Offering a category that is not on the record is operating outside the licence.

Renewal and change

A licence is issued for a term shown on the certificate. Renewal is a new filing against the existing number, made before the expiry date. Adding or replacing a domain, or changing an address from which the business is directed, is an amendment. The existing licence stays as it is until the Authority sets the filing to active and updates the record. A seal must not be placed on a domain that is not on the active record.

Fees for a new licence, a renewal, an amendment, an extra domain, and an extra address are published on the fees page. File through Forms.
