Code of Conduct

Holding a licence is a duty to the player and to the accuracy of the register.

Do not open an account for a person under 18, and do not take a stake from them.
Offer deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion before the first deposit.
State bonus rules, maximum wins, and identity checks before the customer opts in.
Stop marketing to a self-excluded person, including from a new domain on the same licence.
Do not advertise a category the licence does not cover, and do not aim advertising at children.
Answer the Authority within the time it gives.
