A letter, a screenshot, or a copied seal is not the record. The certificate page linked from the register is the instrument that shows the legal entity, the domains, the categories, and the status.
If a counterparty asks for recognition, give them the certificate address. That page stays current when the status changes. A saved PDF is a copy of the page at the time it was printed.
