Who files?
The legal entity that will hold the permission. A trading name, a payment agent, or a marketing site is not the holder.
Is an application a licence?
No. Status “application received” is not permission to operate, and it is not listed as an active licence.
Can I put the seal on a new domain immediately?
No. Adding a domain is an amendment. The seal waits until the Authority sets that filing to active and the domain is on the record.
Does the licence cover players in other countries?
The licence is an Anjouan permission. It does not extend to another territory merely because a customer is there.
How do I check a licence?
Search the verification page by number, domain, or LEI. The certificate page is the record you can save as PDF.
